RFID cabinet with access control for files and clothes
Standard equipment:
- ROGER RFID reader for reading contactless tags and managing access to the locker,
the reader supports tags in the following standards:
13.56 MHz: MIFARE Ultralight, MIFARE Classic, MIFARE DESFire EV1, EV2, and EV3, MIFARE Plus, NFC, and BLE; EM 125 kHz,
depending on the system used by the customer, it is possible to select a different type of reader and integrate it with the tags in use, including for additional encoding standards such as HID,
- 2 electronic locks opened after verification of access data stored in RFID proximity tag,
The cabinet is divided into two sections:
1. The filing section is equipped with 4 adjustable shelves. Perforated profiles are mounted inside the cabinet, allowing the shelf height to be adjusted in 25-mm increments,
2. The clothing section is equipped with 1 fixed shelf and a rod with hooks for clothes.
Doors are set on internal hinges, providing free access to the inside of the furniture, with a strengthening profile on the inside.
After connection to the power supply (230 V) the cabinet is ready for use.
The ROGER reader allows you to select a solution compatible with your company’s access control system. Cards or other RFID tags already in use by employees can be used to open the cabinet.
The cabinet can be equipped with a backup power supply. In the event of a 230 V power outage, it allows continued use of the cabinet and maintains the operational continuity of the electronic access control system.
We have our own badge printing shop which prints badges according to customer specifications (company logo, numbers, etc.).
There is a possibility of emergency mechanical opening the cabinet by an authorized person.
For an extra charge it is possible to retrofit the wardrobe:
- LED lighting,
- glazing on the door,
- a backup power supply,
- a reader compatible with the customer’s specific identification and access control system.
ROGER Reader:
- can be operated using dedicated, free software installed on a computer,
- the reader allows access to the locker to be blocked for a specific employee at any time (without the need to use their card),
- the reader is equipped with a system clock, allowing it to function as a Time and Attendance Recorder,
- the reader can integrate with other Time and Attendance systems used within the company,
- any RFID cards already in use at the company can be used to open the cabinet,
- The reader logs up to 32,000 events, i.e., actions associated with specific ID numbers and the times the cabinet is opened, as well as work time records,
- The reader enables the integration of cabinets with the company’s existing work time tracking systems.

Delivered cabinets are completely assembled, shelves need to be mounted.
Our products come with a 24-month warranty (including the electronic implementation part) and a 12-month manufacturer's warranty on the locks.
